We were scheduled to play Team Chalk in the finals but were unable to field enough players on the date of the match. Chalk initially agreed to reschedule the match but changed their minds an hour after the agreement was made. The admin, McSkippy, was contacted and ruled that the match should be rescheduled since Chalk agreed to it. Unhappy with this decision, Chalk contacted the head admin Grunt. Unfortunately Grunt ruled in their favor, disregarding multiple SS's of conversations with Chalks leader agreeing to play the match on another night. Congrats to Team Chalk for "winning" the TGL Season 1 Squad Rush championship. Team Nemesis will no longer be competing in any TGL leagues and we encourage all teams to do the same. We feel the situation was handled very poorly not only in the championship match but throughout the entire season.
In round one of the Newegg Squad Rush tournament we faced War Dogs. Despite their lack of experience in Squad Rush, War Dogs played exceptionally well but we were still able to defeat them 2-0. In round two we were set to face an old foe in Team Dynamic. Unfortunately they chose not to play and we advanced due to forfeit. In round three we faced an old school opponent in WKA, a team we haven't faced since BF2. The match was extremely close with both sides playing very well. WKA Exhibited some of the finest med trains we have seen thus far and each of their players had excellent shots. WKA won the match 4-2, knocking us out of the tournament.
